Shaw Photography LLC is willing to travel anywhere for your wedding event and offer you affordable solutions for capturing your special day. We offer three packages listed below that you can choose from, or you can contact us about creating a custom package for you. Also if you prefer you can purchase services and products “a la carte”.

Budget Wedding Package $500*

The Budget package includes:

1. •A photographer and assistant for up to 4 hours of photographic coverage
   

2. •Color correction and minor editing of 150 to 200 photos
   

3. •DVD of full quality images with limited copyright release for your printing purposes
   

Standard  Wedding Package $1100*

The Standard  package includes:

1. •A photographer and assistant for up to 6 hours of photographic coverage
   

2. •Color correction and minor editing of 250 to 400 photos
   

3. •DVD of full quality images with limited copyright release for your printing purposes
   

4. •Slide show DVD
   

5. •Prints: ten-8x10s, twenty-5x7s, forty-4x6
   

Premiere Wedding Package $1500*

The Premiere package includes:

1. •A photographer and assistant for up to 8 hours of photographic coverage
   

2. •Color correction and minor editing of 400 to 600 photos
   

3. •Custom designed thank you note graphics
   

4. •Twenty page photo book
   

5. •Slide show DVD
   

6. •Prints: two-11x14s, fifteen-8x10s, twenty-5x7s, sixty-4x6
   

7. •DVD of full quality images with limited copyright release for your printing purposes
   

*Note that all package pricing is based on customer agreeing to a model release and usage agreement that allows Shaw Photography LLC to use resulting images in portfolios and advertising of Shaw Photography LLC’s business.

Custom Package

The Custom package includes your choice of services and products listed below. Contact us about building a custom package for you.

Deposit and Contract

A deposit in the amount of 25% of the total fees for an event and a signed contract are required to reserve photographic services for your wedding date.

Additional deposits for equipment or products may be required.

Additional Fees

Fees for travel and overnight hotel stays may apply in some situations. Contact us for details.

Discounts

Discounts on fees and pricing are available for weddings during the months of November through February. Additional discounts are available when you refer a client who purchases services or products from Shaw Photography LLC.

Services

Photography: $125 per hour (includes color correction, exposure correction, and minor editing of images)

Photography: $100 per hour (excludes color correction, exposure correction, and minor editing of images)

Digital Retouching: $25 per hour

(For example, fix blemishes, scars, shine on skin, fly-away hair, birth marks, stains, etc.)

Graphic Design: $35 per hour

(For example, create custom posters, advertising, layouts, replacing elements, etc.)

Products

DVD of full quality images with limited copyright release (on condition customer agreeing to a model release and usage agreement that allows Shaw Photography LLC to use resulting images in portfolios and advertising of Shaw Photography LLC’s business): $40.00

DVD of full quality images with full transfer of copyright (transferred from Shaw Photography LLC to the customer): $200.00

Video DVD slide show:    $40.00 for first disc and $2.50 for each additional disc

Photo book (20 pages):      $65.00
